The links here aren't the download links - they link to pages containing the download links (and some info on the hacks). I just tested the links on the CC1 page and they seem to be working fine. If the links on this page aren't working, refreshing a couple of times might help.
If you're on Android, try long pressing the GD link and selecting download link. Not sure about why mediafire isn't working. I could add another link like a Mega one but it'd probably be faster for you to get the hack from another site.
