DeleteKnuckle San sir, I am currently making a Kalos Rom Hack, so I need to know if this Hack satisfies the following features, since Mega Blue does not satisfy all the following features:

And if this Rom Hack does not satisfy the following features, could you please kindly suggest me of a Rom Hack that satisfies the following features, i.e. has a combination of Leon's and Petuuuhhh's Rom Base, or just Petuuuhhh's Rom Base. I would mostly prefer if you could suggest any Kanto Rom Hacks, although if you can't find any, then you might suggest one with any other region.
DeleteSorry, looks like the Pokecommunity thread was modified so I can't see the features list anymore. Why not use those ROM bases directly? Also do check out the CFRU (link) which is probably the most up to date FireRed upgrade.
